This site describes the general terms and conditions for the use of the content, products and services offered through the website www.neuronphysiotherapia.de (hereinafter NEURON), the owner of which is MIGUEL ORTEGA CASTILLO (from now on to the owner of the website), with NIF 77364940R and head office in CALLE ORSON WELLES 36, 1ºB (Málaga).
To purchase the products offered on this website, it is necessary to read and accept the following terms and conditions. The use of our services and the purchase of our products means that you have read and accepted the terms of use in this document. All purchases and transactions made through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, the availability of products or services, the validation of the payment method, the validation of the invoice (if any) and the fulfilment of the conditions required for the chosen means of payment. In some cases, verification by email may be required.
Customers of this website may be persons who are at least 18 years old and fully capable of business. Our center sells services that are personally enjoyed at the customer’s home, in the terms of each service purchased. Below are the specific conditions for each service offered on www.neuronphysiterapia.de:
OFFERED SERVICES:
- Individual physiotherapy sessions: The purchase of one of these services by the user requires that the acquired services are used by appointment:
- First session: 50€*.
- Follow-up session: 45€*.
- Osteopathy session: +20€ of the indicated price.
- Voucher for physiotherapy sessions: The purchase of one of these services by the user requires the use of the acquired physiotherapy sessions by appointment. Bonuses for physiotherapy sessions have one (1) year expiration date. It is possible to change the time or date of the appointment by informing the center at least 24 hours in advance.
- 5 sessions bonus: price = 200€*.
*The price of the sessions may vary depending on the user’s location.

All treatments start at the time agreed between the client and NEURON, so we recommend being prepared 5 minutes before completion.
The acquisition of services on the website www.neuronphysiotherapie.de requires concretization with the NEURON center of the quote. Upon completion of the purchase, if made after completion of the session, the user will receive confirmation of the same by email to the email address provided during the booking process.
Appointments are made by filling out the booking form on our website or on request anhola@neuronphysiotherapia.es. Reservations must be made by people who provide all the necessary information for later purchase. Once a reservation has been made, a message will be sent by email or phone informing the user of the dates of the reservation to and the steps he can take for his pleasure. NEURON reserves the right to check the booking and cancel it if necessary.
The User/Customer may, in the event of the purchase of a service from www.neuronphysiotherapie.de prior to the enjoyment, cancel his purchase within 14 days of the completion of the service or request a change for a service with the same or higher price pay the difference. To refund the amount, the user must contact NEURON through its usual customer service channels.
PAYMENT METHODS
NEURON offers three payment options:
- Payment by bank transfer.
- Payment via Bizum: The charge is made to the customer’s bank account with which the Bizum service is connected and is linked to his phone number after he has entered it together with the associated key. Information about the acceptance of the order will be sent to the customer by e-mail.
- Payment in cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer can cancel his appointment by notifying the center at least 24 hours before the appointment. The center will not refund the amount of the service if it was paid before its use, but the customer can change the date or transfer his session to another person.
For already paid vouchers, this session will be considered lost if you do not notify NEURON 24 hours before the date and time of the session.
These conditions do not apply only if there is force majeure, an accident or a serious or urgent illness that does not allow us to inform you 24 hours in advance, if justified. Unjustifiable reasons such as: Not remembering the day and time of the appointment, sudden or unforeseen professional or personal changes, as well as neglect by patients are not allowed.
NEURON reserves the right to terminate the session by notifying the customer at least 24 hours before the event. In case of force majeure, the Center may cancel the session less than 24 hours before the event with the possibility of changing the date.
We work to provide them with the best possible care. We are serious and respectful of our patients and want to be reciprocated in the same way
The owner of the website reserves the right to change or modify these conditions without prior notice.
